Oram Professional Audio of Kent, England is John Oram's design and consulting company, through which he builds and markets his Oram line of analogue consoles and outboard equipment. John Oram was the lead circuit designer of Trident Audio Developments through the 1970s and 1980s, developing much of their world-renowned equipment, including the classic Series 80 consoles. Oram Professional Audio recording and mixing consoles are classic British boards with the most advanced analogue circuitry available, creating a traditional-feeling, full-sized console with uncommon features and incredible sonic character, designed by The Father of British EQ himself, John Oram. The magical sonic quality of John's circuits has changed the face of modern music, and can be heard with such high profile artists and soundtracks as Ray Charles, Titanic and Lord of the Rings. |
